What is TICAT?

TICAT is an innovative, reliable ticketing system created with the interests of ticket buyers, bands, clubs, organizers and managers in mind. It is a robust, cloud-based ticketing platform that provides organizers with full administrative and reporting capabilities. TICAT enables ticket sales both through our public portal ticat.hu and via integration with the websites of various organizers, clubs, and bands. Its subsystems support on-site ticket sales and check-in management, content sharing between clubs and bands, co-organizer functions, and a wide range of additional services.

The TICAT ticketing system is an online tool that makes the organizer’s event accessible on the internet while ensuring ticket sales are carried out according to the organizer’s rules and parameters.

Easy to Use

With 15 years of experience, we designed TICAT’s admin interface to be intuitive and versatile, covering everything from event setup to post-event follow-up, settlements and reporting.

Ticket Portal + Website Integration

TICAT’s architecture is designed to simultaneously publish and sell all events on the ticat.hu ticket portal while allowing integration with external websites. The same core system serves all channels, so there is no need to separate ticket allocations.

API Integration

You can embed TICAT into your website via API integration, allowing you to manage registered users and newsletter subscribers while TICAT provides the program list and ticket purchasing process. This deeper integration requires more work but offers full control over the user experience.

Widget Integration

This is the simplest integration method for using TICAT on your website. By inserting a snippet of code on each event’s detailed page, the TICAT ticketing process appears and guides users seamlessly through their purchase.

Extensive Admin Features

The admin interface includes everything for comprehensive event management and ticket sales. Features include ticket types, rules for ticket types, automatic limit monitoring, handling fees, VAT settings, co-organizers, sharing options, complimentary tickets, bulk user notifications, payment and invoicing channels, ticket refunds, NTAK data submission, and much more. Our functionality is continuously expanding.

Comprehensive Box Office Features

TICAT includes a subsystem supporting on-site ticket sales. We provide everything necessary to run a fast and simple box office, including specialized ticket printers, support for cash, SZÉP card, and card payments, receipts, VAT invoices, multiple cashiers with automatic settlements, and more.

Extensive Check-in Management Features

TICAT also provides a subsystem for quick and easy check-in management. It supports specialized laser QR scanners, mobile-optimized interfaces, and managing several staff members, locations and events even on the same day.

TICAT Collab

With TICAT's Collab subsystem, venues and performers can organize and share all essential event materials in one place, including documents, programs, riders, press photos, contracts, stage plans and more.

Co-Organizers

One of our favorite features. You can assign co-organizers to your events, giving them read and/or edit permissions to access all event details, ticket types, pricing settings, and sales progress. Co-organizers with edit rights can also modify event parameters.

NTAK

We handle NTAK reporting flexibly and easily. You can register multiple companies and service locations, including special events not subject to reporting obligations.

Cloud Infrastructure & AI

These may sound like buzzwords, but with TICAT, they are real. Our system runs in the cloud, is scalable, robust, and designed for high loads. We also integrate AI solutions across the platform, and our entire TICAT brand is built on this foundation.
